Staffordshire Honey
Raw wild honey from our very own wild collected honeybees.
Our bees are all wild swarms we have collected over the last few years slowly building up a natural disease resistant stock. This means we don't treat our bees like most other bee keepers for varroa mites so you will find no unwanted chemicals in your honey.
We also leave our bees with enough honey to survive the winters themselves meaning we don't feed our bees sugar replacement, that again could contaminate the honey.
Once the honey crop is ready we remove the supers, then cut off the callings from the frames and spin out the honey, it then passes out through a very course sieve leaving all the pollen and goodness intact. We then put it straight into jars ready for sale. This means that our honey is never heated for jarring which can damage the honey and all it's natural goodness. The only thing we provide our bees is a home, the rest is up to them.
Try a jar of our honey now, it's the best you'll ever taste.
